We accept referrals from trusted partners in our local community.
We believe that care should go beyond each visit. That’s why for each referral from our trusted partners who go on to receive care from HomaCare, we are proud to support the fight against dementia by donating to our charity partners, offer a welcome deduction to the first month of care, and send you a small thank you for supporting our local business.
To make a referral, please either complete the form below, give us a call on 01274 214063, or email us on hello@homacare.co.uk
For each person referred to HomaCare, we:
Make a £100 donation, split evenly between our charity partners: Alzheimer’s Research UK and The Alzheimer’s Society.
Provide a £100 welcome deduction to the first month of care for the person you refer to us.
Send you a small thank-you gift, such as a gift card or a hamper, for supporting our local business.
